What's Included in the G.A.M.E.S. Experience:

Be Ye a Knight or Noble?

To determine peoples level of G.A.M.E.S. Hunt participation this year- we require ye to dub thyself either a Knight or Noble in your RSVP form.

Knights will be participating in The G.A.M.E.S. Hunt fully, and if they would like to enter into a Tournament Game that is very encouraged.

Nobles will be in a more laid back role, intended for those who would like to partially participate in The G.A.M.E.S. Hunt, and the Tournament Games if wanted.

Kids can be Knight, Nobles, or just there for the atmosphere!

You can always let us know at the event if you feel like changing your status.

Things to Know

Instead of having this year's adventurers mail in the RSVP form for the G.A.M.E.S. - We are doing the RSVP & fee submission online!
- Add all of the RSVPs for each person you would like to register to your cart and complete by paying the fee at check out!
We hope this works well for everyone, if there are any problems or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with the question submission form at the bottom of the page or directly to Sidney & Kaneeka.
The fee this year has gone up since last year, as we were not able to “break-even” for the previous G.A.M.E.S. Event. We hate having to raise the prices at all, but with the cost of groceries, preparations, amenities, and overhead, this is the only way we can continue to host this wonderful event for you all.
If cost is a barrier for anyone, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Sidney or Kanneka, and we will do what we can to make it work. We don’t want cost to be anyone’s reason for not attending this Gallant Assembly of Medieval Era Swordsmen. Love you all, and I hope to see you at this upcoming adventure.
We will happily refund the Admission Fee in full up until July 15th. After which, we may not be able to refund the fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us!
