Instead of having this year's adventurers mail in the RSVP form for the G.A.M.E.S. - We are doing the RSVP & fee submission online!

• Add your Admission fees for each person you would like to register to your cart and complete the online registration form at check out!

We hope this works well for everyone, if there are any problems or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with the question submission form at the bottom of the page or directly to Sidney & Kaneeka.

The fee this year has gone up since last year, as we were not able to “break-even” for the previous G.A.M.E.S. Event. We hate having to raise the prices at all, but with the cost of groceries, preparations, amenities, and overhead, this is the only way we can continue to host this wonderful event for you all.

If cost is a barrier for anyone, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Sidney or Kanneka, and we will do what we can to make it work. We don’t want money to be anyone’s reason for not attending this Gallant Assembly of Medieval Era Swordsmen. Love you all, and I hope to see you at this upcoming adventure.

We will happily refund the Admission Fee in full up until _____. After which, we may not be able to refund the fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us!

Friday:

• Adventurers are to arrive in the late afternoon, set up their tents and get settled in the space.

•  6:30 PM- Dinner is served

• Free time until dark to play or rest as you wish.

• After Dark: A Medieval Movie “Knight” under the starry sky.

• Optional social merrymaking in the big top tent.

• Quiet hours After 10:30 PM

‍ ‍Saturday:

• 8:30-9:30 AM- Breakfast is Served

• Annual Group Photo (Your finest medieval or fantasy garb is encouraged.)

• 10:00 AM- G.A.M.E.S. Opening ceremony, followed by the Kingdoms creating their teams and banners.

• 10:30 AM- The Hunt Begins

• 12:30- 2:00 PM- Lunch is served & free time

• A round of Tournament games is played (this is optional entertainment for the Knight and Nobles who wish to participate or to witness)

• The Hunt Continues

•  6:30 PM- Dinner is Served

• *Rounds of Tournament games may be played during down time throughout the day when time allows (this is optional entertainment for the Knight and Nobles who wish to participate or to witness)

• Optional social merrymaking in the big top tent

• Quiet hours After 10:30 PM

• 8:30-9:30 AM- Breakfast is Served

• A round of Tournament games is played (this is optional entertainment for the Knight and Nobles who wish to participate or to witness)

• The Hunt Continues.

• 12:30- 2:00 PM- Lunch is served & free time

• A round of Tournament games is played (this is optional entertainment for the Knight and Nobles who wish to participate or to witness)

• The Hunt Continues

• Tournament Finals & Ceremony

• 8:00 PM- A Celebratory Feast

• Optional social merrymaking in the big top tent

• Quiet hours After 10:30 PM

• Adventurers pack up their camps and begin the pilgrimage home

• (Volunteers stay a bit longer to help with tear down)
